About Me

I am married, I have a son, a daughter, two stepdaughters, fours cats, and one dog.

Jim, my husband, is very understanding and supportive of my teaching career. He is a great listener when I tell him about my day and class activities. He will also give suggestions when I ask for them.

My son, Gary, is 31 years old, is an artist, lives in New York, and loves NY. My daughter, Allison, is 23 years old and lives in Memphis. Allison just finished school in massage therapy and will be starting college soon.

My stepdaughters are Miller, 17 years old, and Kathryn, 15 years old. Miller wants to go to culinary school and Kathryn wants to be a veterinarian.

The cats’ names are Callie, Zack, Dexter, and Grace. My dog is a Maltese and his name is Jordan.

I enjoy my family, the outdoors, animals, traveling, teaching, and reading.
